Fall 2017

Starting 9/11/17 we will begin our fall hours.  Hours of the facility begin at 8 am and will go until 9 pm with groups scheduled to begin every half hour.  Both athlete and adult programs are available for twice, three times, or four times per week.  If you would like to book personal training, group sessions, interested in having a team join our program, or have questions regarding our intern program please email to:
